Kenyamanan dan keamanan seluruh suporter adalah prioritas utama PSIM Jogja. Untuk menciptakan pengalaman menonton pertandingan yang tertib dan kondusif, kami menetapkan sejumlah aturan wajib bagi setiap pengunjung Stadion Sultan Agung, Bantul.
Peraturan ini disusun sebagai komitmen manajemen dalam melindungi keselamatan pemain, staf, dan seluruh penonton tanpa terkecuali. Sebelum memasuki area stadion, pastikan Anda telah membaca, memahami, dan mematuhi seluruh ketentuan berikut. Pelanggaran terhadap tata tertib ini dapat berakibat pada sanksi, mulai dari penolakan akses masuk hingga proses hukum yang berlaku.
(The safety and comfort of all supporters are top priorities for PSIM Jogja. To ensure a safe, orderly, and enjoyable matchday experience, we have established mandatory stadium rules for all visitors to Sultan Agung Stadium, Bantul.
These regulations reflect the management’s commitment to protecting the well-being of players, staff, and every spectator without exception. Before entering the stadium premises, please ensure you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following terms. Violations of these ground regulations may result in sanctions, ranging from refusal of entry to further legal action.)
- ENTRY & TICKET CONTROL (KETENTUAN MASUK & TIKET)
EN:
1.1 Entry to the stadium is permitted only with a valid ticket or official accreditation issued by the Organizing Committee.
1.2 Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and match indicated on the ticket.
1.3 Spectators must occupy the stand area according to the stand category stated on their ticket.
1.4 Re-entry to the stadium is not permitted unless authorized by the Organizing Committee.
1.5 The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse entry in accordance with applicable regulations.

1.1 Masuk ke stadion hanya diperbolehkan dengan tiket sah atau akreditasi resmi dari Panitia Penyelenggara.
1.2 Tiket hanya berlaku sesuai tanggal, waktu, dan pertandingan yang tertera pada tiket.
1.3 Penonton wajib menempati area tribun sesuai dengan kategori tribun yang tercantum pada tiket.
1.4 Tidak diperkenankan masuk kembali ke stadion setelah keluar kecuali dengan izin resmi dari Panitia Penyelenggara.
1.5 Panitia Penyelenggara berhak menolak masuk sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
- SECURITY SCREENING (PEMERIKSAAN KEAMANAN)

2.1 All persons entering the stadium are subject to security checks, including body and bag inspections.
2.2 Refusal to comply with security procedures will result in denial of entry.
2.3 CCTV surveillance operates throughout the stadium premises for safety and security purposes.

- PROHIBITED ITEMS (BARANG TERLARANG)

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the stadium:
- Weapons of any kind
- Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, or explosives
- Alcohol, drugs, narcotics, or illegal substances
- Glass bottles, cans, or hard objects that may cause injury
- Laser devices or pointers
- Racist, discriminatory, political, or offensive banners or materials
- Drones or unauthorized recording equipment
Confiscated items will not be returned.

- SPECTATOR CONDUCT (PERILAKU PENONTON)

4.1 Pitch invasion is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Throwing objects onto the field or toward other spectators is prohibited.
4.3 Racism, discrimination, abusive language, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Smoking is only permitted in designated areas (if available).
4.5 Spectators must respect stadium facilities, officials, and other spectators at all times.

4.5 Penonton wajib menghormati fasilitas stadion, petugas, dan sesama penonton.
- SEATING & MOVEMENT (ATURAN TEMPAT DUDUK)

5.1 Spectators must sit in the seat indicated on their ticket.
5.2 Standing on seats, blocking aisles, stairways, or emergency exits is prohibited.
5.3 Spectators must not change seating areas without authorization.

6.1 In case of emergency, spectators must follow instructions from stewards, security personnel, and official announcements.
6.2 Emergency exits must remain clear and accessible at all times.

7.1 Recording, transmitting, or distributing match footage for commercial purposes without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
7.2 By entering the stadium, spectators consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for broadcast and promotional purposes.

- Refusal of entry
- Expulsion from the stadium without refund

- Stadium ban for future matches
